The aims of GéoLozère
GéoLozère is an association created in November 2002.
Our aims are (excerpted from the statutes):
- To promote the discovery and knowledge of the geological and botanical patrimony of Lozere and bordering departments (Ardeche, Haute-Loire, Cantal, Gard, Aveyron) towards general public and schools.
- To develop in Lozere a reception and permanent exhibition place on the topics of geology for the general public.
- To collaborate with all kinds of public or private institutions in the area of geological and botanical discovery.
