9:00: Reception of the participants. Interactive slideshow: Aubrac, a volcanic cap planed by ice sheets. The red sandstones of the « Rodez Strait » and limestones of the « Causses Sea ». 10:30: departure to the Aubrac plateau. Saint Germain du Teil, the Col de Trebatut. Panorama on Lozere. The Col de Bonnecombe, the « giants road » of Pont des Negres and the Saint-Andeol and Born lakes. Lunch in Buron du Lac de Born. Glacial landscapes of the Aubrac plateau around the Bes valley and Marchastel. The Deroc waterfall and rock. Back to La Canourgue. Free evening.

10:00: Departure to the Causse de Sauveterre via the Urugne valley. The limestones of the « Causses Sea » and the « Sabot de Malepeyre ». The Tarn canyon and Cirque des Baumes from Point Sublime. Back to La Canourgue and the Lot valley. Picnic in Saint-Laurent d’Olt. The red sandstone village of Estables and the « rougiers » of the Lot valley. Back in La Canourgue around 16:00.
